All consultations are completely free and carry no obligation. If we cannot help well, we may decline a request or bring a consultation to a close, and we will tell you honestly.

We cannot promise outcomes. You decide your own next steps.

Respectful conduct

Please treat our volunteers with kindness. We may end contact that is abusive, threatening, or unsafe.

Our service is offered in good faith by volunteers. Any guidance you receive is used at your own discretion.
